Lyuvena Domanskaya

Sioux Falls Area Coordinator

Lue was born in Siberia, Russia, and moved with her family to balmy Sioux Falls, South Dakota, when she was six years old. She is an alumna of Terry Redlin Elementary, Whittier Middle School, and Washington High School. Lue grew up in a Christ-loving home but didn’t make her relationship with Jesus personal until she was 16 years old at a youth camp, where she experienced the love of the Father in a tangible way. From that moment on, the Lord has led her on a journey of healing, freedom, and forgiveness.

Lue was involved with Collision as a student throughout high school (she confesses, in an honest moment, that what first attracted her was the food). She joined the work of Collision shortly after high school, sharing that “the Lord broke my heart for youth in this city.” She now serves students at two of her alma maters and has a deep heart for Sioux Falls' growing and diverse community. Lue graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Sioux Falls Seminary. Her work with Collision has also taken her to Ukraine and Hungary to help train leaders in starting Disciple Making Groups (DMGs).

Lue says, “I’m excited to walk alongside our students and the local church in order to see the gospel saturate the city of Sioux Falls.”
