The Collision church coordinator is the volunteer point person for a church, who is trained and coached by a Collision staff member to help build and train student evangelism and discipleship teams at their church. Weekly, church coordinators will act as a coach for student teams by training, empowering, encouraging, praying for, and holding students accountable to the commitment they made by joining the team.
